My name is Tami Merica, Vice President, Incentives & Events. In my current position, I work with our amazing Norwex Sales Consultants and brilliant internal staff. My role is to create motivational incentives, memorable recognition, incredible events and work with some amazing organizations and people with the Norwex Foundation for a Brighter future organization.

Norwex was Founded over 28 years ago in one of the most environmentally friendly countries on Earth, Norwex® has shared the “Norwegian Experience” with millions around the globe to deliver safer, healthier and more sustainable cleaning and personal care solutions. Inspired by Norway’s environmentally thoughtful way of living, our global mission is: Improving quality of life by radically reducing chemicals in our homes.
The Norwex® Foundation for a Brighter Future connects Norwex employees and Consultants from all over the globe and empowers them to make a positive impact right where they live. By coming together, we’re creating a brighter future for our communities, our environment, and future generations through the efforts of the people and the organizations we support.
Since the inception of our charitable giving program in 2013, our charitable donations have impacted thousands of people through hundreds of organizations across the globe. Donating over 2 million globally.
